Joana Tan Jamo - Biography
Prior to establishing JTJ Architects in 2009, Joana had worked as Designer, Project Architect, Project Manager and Owner's Representative in Design and Construction with experience ranging from small single-family residences to large-scale, high-profile international mixed use commercial projects.
She has also worked on multi-family residential, mixed-use commercial, hospitality, hotel design, transit and industrial projects from concept, design through construction.
Joana regards the craft of good design as a life-long calling and is passionate about helping others achieve their dream project. Graduate of McGill University's School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) and Bachelor of Architecture, Joana also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, London, United Kingdom.
Member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and certified by the National council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB). We are licensed in the states of Connecticut, Maine and New York.
